Emergencies services include:
- Flooding in unit
- Refrigerator not cooling
- Door lock problems where door can not be secured
- No hot water (longer than 24 hours)
- A/C problem if it is over 85
- Heat problems if under 55 degrees in unit
- Inoperable toilet if only one in unit
- Clogged tub drain if only one tub in unit
- Electrical problems (stove, lights out, breakers)
