 Emergencies services include:

  • Flooding in unit
  • Refrigerator not cooling
  • Door lock problems where door can not be secured
  • No hot water (longer than 24 hours)
  • A/C problem if it is over 85
  • Heat problems if under 55 degrees in unit
  • Inoperable toilet if only one in unit
  • Clogged tub drain if only one tub in unit
  • Electrical problems (stove, lights out, breakers)
