Application process
· Each occupant 18 years of age and older must fill out
an application and pay a non-refundable application processing fee
·Upon
receiving each applicants completed application, required documentation, and
processing fee TradeMark Residential will:
>Run a Credit Report
>Run a Criminal Background Check
>Review Employment Verification (includes two recent pay stubs or letter from
supervisor)
>Retrieving Rental/Mortgage Verification
·Upon approval of your application, the full security
deposit must be paid and the lease signed within 72 hours.
Application Fees
- Application Fees, Security Deposit, and First Month’s Rent
must be paid by Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Online by
Credit Card or E-check.
- Application Processing Fee: per occupant 18 years of
age & older, amount varies per community
- All application processing fees are non refundable
regardless of results
- All properties require a security deposit. Please review
the security deposit information listed on the “Floor Plan”
section of the community website for specific information.
Additional security deposit may be required based on credit
check.
Applications
- Please fill out the rental application
completely. Applications will not be run until the
non-refundable application fee has been paid and a fully
completed application has been submitted.
