  3. •Annual and Monthly Financial Statements showing income and expenses. 

  4. •Competitive commissions.  No commissions for renewal leases!

  5. •In-House Maintenance Team - saves you time and money when repairs are needed for your property.  Should a job be too large for our Specialists, a licensed and bonded contractor will be called to perform the work.  TradeMark has a list of approved vendors for these jobs.

  6. •Inspections upon move-in and move-out.

  7. •“Turn Service” to make your property ready after a move-out.

  8. •Collection of rent payments, late fees and retention of security deposits.  We will disperse rent payments with your financial statements at the end of every month.
