Current Residents:

Move-In - Inspections must be complete within 5 days of your lease signing.  We will consider any damage or defect not noted on this inspection form to be your responsibility.  It is important that you make us aware of any repairs that need to be made.  For maintenance requests, please contact Taura Manison, Service Manager, at tmanison@trademarkresidential.com or call 919.510.4010 ext. 5529. 

Move-Out - you will receive a notice with the opportunity to renew your lease at least 30 days prior to your lease expiration.  You must give us a 30 day notice of your intentions, whether moving out or renewing.  Cleaning the property is MANDATORY, you will be charged if the property is not clean.  Keys must be dropped off at our main office and a forwarding address must be left.

ATTENTION APPLICANTS:

Any adult over 18 years of age must submit an application and pay the application fee.  The application fee is $50 per person.  For an Affordable Housing Application, the fees are $35 per person.  Application fees must be paid by cashier’s check or money order and are non-refundable.  Personal checks and cash are not accepted forms of payment.  Credit Cards are accepted online (link above) or in the office.  All applications must be 100% complete for processing.  Faxed applications will not be processed until the application fee is received.  Be sure to fill out an anticipated move-in date as well as your contact information so we know how to reach you!  Thank you for your understanding.
