They are skilled in customer service and are available to our Owner-Clients for updates regarding the current status of their investments. Updates are provided monthly along with month-to-date and year-to-date financial statements.
The Marketing Team specializes in effectively marketing and listing your property for rent. Each member has previous experience in leasing and marketing, concentrating on matching qualified tenants with homes that meet their needs. All team members have completed a comprehensive Leasing Enhancement Series to better serve our Owner-Clients as well as our prospective residents. Marketing your property is the team’s primary focus, ensuring that your property gets the exposure necessary to find a resident in the shortest amount of time.
The Maintenance Team is a group of highly skilled technicians specializing in maintaining the overall condition of your property. The team is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week to better serve both our residents and our Owner-Clients. Should a job require more extensive work, a trusted vendor from our list of licensed and bonded contractors will be called for the repair.
